This is a front an rear set with the teflon bushings and 3 way adjustable for front and rear. This is what Mike at www.awe-tuning.com uses. I used them back when I had stock suspension but changed them out to the GT3 sways, which are lighter and offer more adjustment instead.

They did improve handling quite a bit and you don't need coil overs to use them. However some people did find that the rear sway bar rubbed when going over speed bumps and hence Mike said that H&R is going to design a new rear bar, which he will swap out at no cost. My car did rub (I live in a 'hood with mucho speed bumps) but others haven't had issues. These will work on the C4S or any 996TT.

Will they work with the US version Pss-9 coilovers? Also, will Mike trade them out for the redesigned H&R's even if you sell them?

Yeps LSM they will work. Mike has my name down on the list to "swap" the Rear bar (that's the only one that's redesigned) so I can help with that. It's odd, it made rubbing noises for some folks but not for others- for me it did when going over speed bumps.
