Cant help you there
I do wanna sell my 542Rs thogh...only 3: rear lip as I was told 4 WILL rub with Conti 315s.
I think these would look good in black like on EM 996GTS's car...I know you were looking for different styles but if you have any interest please PM or e-mail me....
BTW - mine are silver but refinishing in black should be easy and not that expensive

Mansour,
thanks for the response. I'll keep you in mind. What wheels are you going with now?

Someone below is selling HRE's. You can always simply paint the centers black after buying standard finish

Lou,
I figured I'd try to find black first. He is a little pricey though. Thanx for looking out.

Peter,
Thanks for your detailed reponse on the 8 series. The black mesh wheels look good but I'm looking for something other than mesh. Got anything else. How would 543's look in black? You have any pics of that.

I have 543R's in anodized black... They just went on yesterday and I should have some pictures shortly. When going with black, just be aware that the 8 series has hidden bolts so that they lose the contrast of the bolts against the black centers...

It's just a matter of preference.

Well Peter, thanks for nothing!! I used to hate black cars with black wheels, now you post that pic and all of a sudden I love the look. That looks really nice IMO. Good luck with the sale. How much you selling them for?

Gary,
Please post pics. Yes I agree with you on black wheels. When I get/order black wheels they will be the HRE 5 series because of the hardware. I dont know what I'll do with my 840's but if I do keep them I wont paint them black. You must post pics of your black 543's. I'm dying to see what they look like. Did anyone tell you that if have black anodized wheels the sun's UV can change the color after a while? Someone mentioned that to me yesterday. What happened to your HRE twists?

Gary,
cant wait for the pics. Yea, I agree I think I want black anodized 543's. People are always talking me out of whatever I want. Screw the sun, I'll deal with that issue when and if it happens.
Pics, pics pics

By the way, you and Keith Paris are pretty good friends correct . . . Keith is a really cool guy. Hey Keith, when are you coming to visit your sister?
