Really looking for a 550 spyder unbuilt kit, F5 daytona kit,
or a early chieftan, 49-51 merc, un chopped or at a maximum channeled.

 

Very nice looking car. To bad someone key'd the car. Doesn't insurance cover that?

 

Insurance did cover it, I took the check and subtracted that from the price I would have been asking. The repair shop gave me a quote of about 15 days to fix and I did not want to be without the car for that long. I also thought that someone out there was trying to stretch into a 996 or build a track car and would like the lower price.

you're going to have a hard time selling that thing with it keyed - you should fix it and then sell it for higher

 

I had plenty of calls, many people looking for cheaper non salvage cars to build into open track cars and other who wanted to stretch into a 911, so it worked out in the end to everybody's advantage.

 

Sale pending, to a nice man from southern California, i am still looking for several cars and have been on the hunt for another prowler for a friend as well, any information that leads to a sale would be a major help.
