I believe you can pay Porsche to "certify" the car for a warranty extension, but I am not sure about that. Call your local dealership and I am sure they can answer your question.

Hey man clean car, Seen you around before (Eurowerks Fall Drive 06), Im on Eurowerks alot more now, make a come back its been like a month since u last posted over there the next fall drive is coming up in October

We were in an Excursion 4x4 four years ago traveling from Salt Lake City to Park City, UT during what turned out to be a record week of snow. A 996 C4S passed us heading up the mountain at about 80 mph with ease. I would seriously consider this car or an Audi S4 if you deal with a lot of rain and snow. Both w/Blizzaks are a much more fun than most SUV's.
