For Sale : Champion RG5B's with tires
Selling for a friend. These are off of a 996 NB. They have Michalin Pilot Sports mounted (235/35-19 front & 275/30-19 rear).
Here's some info on Champion's site:

I polished the lips and they look good. Lips are polished with very minor curb rashon on one lip and minor bend in another (both are barely noticable). Overall, they are in good condition and very presentable. They are not cleared, so they can always be repolished. I used Mother and they polished out to an almost mirror shine.
The centers are very good except for a few very lite scratches, barely noticable.
The tires have about 90% tread left. They have Michalin Pilot Sports mounted (235/35-19 front & 275/30-19 rear). One rear tire has a tear in it (rim is OK).
I have made arrangements for a local wheel shop to pack and ship them. They will charge $200 anywhere in the US. They will also check the wheels on their balance machine before they send them out.
Reduced to: $1990 !!!

The front wheel is 8.5" wide. It is marked. I believe the front offset is 53mm.
The rear has no size markings so I measured it and it seems to be 11" wide. I measured the offset, and it looks to be about 60-64mm.

re:rims and tires
Hello,
Thanks for the reply. The fronts would be good but the backs would be to wide for my 965 Turbo.

I thought they did. But the winner has a C4S. He's local and contacted me this morning. Nice guy,but not very knowledgeble. he didn't do his research before bidding and basicly wasted my whole auction.
Thus, they are back for sale.
Does anyone know if these will or will not fit on a 996 GT3? According to the book my current offsets are 40 and 63. With snow tires the book says 50 and 65 (are there different rims sold in snow country???). With very little room between the tire and the body I know there is little room for error. Thanks in advance.
