FS: $150 Rennline battery holder, kill switch, and Odyssey 925 package
FS: Rennline battery holder, kill switch, and Odyssey 925 package
Hi.
I just put it on eBay for 35$ no reserve with 150 for buy it now.
You could get lucky.
Put this in for a fun summer of driving and HPDE. Now that it is cold, the 380 CCA of the Odyssey are having a hard time. Since I have curtailed track to constrain my expenses, and I like to start in subzero snow, I am unloading this.
I am NOT sure if the battery is perfect, but it was new in the Spring and was purchased via an eBay vendor. I had NO issues until the nights got under 30 degrees. That is the issue I think. For a track car...perfect. For a DD, summer only.
New Battery at rennline.com is 158. I suspect if anything is wrong, it can be replaced via warranty, but I don't know. All I know is my local indy said it was at 520 A.
The battery holder was used since then too. I put electrical tape on the edges that touched the car in placed you cannot "see" when installed into the car, to minimize scratches to the car/etc. You can leave things as they are or remove with some tape remover stuff to get the unit mint. There is NO structural change/damage to it and installed it looks perfect.
Battery holder is: 135 new.
The kill switch has never been used....got it just for the future...oh well. 34.45 new at rennline.
So the whole thing new would be:
333.70 plus shipping from rennline new.
See it on:

I suspect the battery is fine for warm weather or needs a charge/warranty replacement. I really think the issue is the CCA. But, it is also about 25 pounds lighter than the AC Delco it replaced....
PC 925 Specs:
Thanks.
Jeff
