Ken, send an email to damon@tirerack.com his price was the best I could find (before duty into Canada). You will also need bolts to go with them, which he has as well.

I have a set of FVD 17mm, with bolts and floating washers, hubcentric, used only to try on... but didnt work out. $120 + shipping
