Do you have shots on where you put the main unit?

Thanks.

The main unit is hidden in the rear headrest. As you can see in the video above, it doesn't affect the performance of the radar.

It can be done almost on any car. I would need to look at the 997/996 mirrors closely to confirm it.

If the mirror on 997/996 looks like on GTS, then it should work.

If needed, I can come by on Wed. I'm in Half Moon Bay, but will be over at Ft. Baker on Wed morning.

Also, for clarification, you write, "V1 main unit, V1 concealed display, rear view mirror, rear headrest - not included." So, the $550 is for doing the mirror only. Also, may be an issue with a car like mine, no rear seats and not a separate headrest piece.

I appreciate your offer. You can definitely stop by on Wednesday, but I'll try to get some more info today or tomorrow to save you a trip down here. From my experience main unit can also be placed inside the headliner.

$550 is for modifying the mirror and it also includes all the necessary hardware (extended wires, connectors, etc) to complete the installation.

Guys,

We are working on getting some info/pictures for you.

It won't be a problem to modify rear view mirror. We are trying to see what would be the ideal place for V1 main unit. I will update this thread with more info in a few days.

Thanks
Aleks.
