I talked to the buyer , I explained this was over 2 years ago , there is nothing I can do now from his misfortune , I believe the friend who gave it to me bought it from CL , since he bought a few of them at good deals , it's a shame the v1 isn't giving it back to him , but this didn't happened a few weeks or a few moths ago , he asked me for a $330 refund , or to replace it. 2 problems with that , 1 a v1 radar that was $330 2 years ago wouldn't not be worth that now , and 2 I don't have extra v1s sitting around .

Buyer is emailing me tell me that he can not afford to be out this money as if he just bought the radar last week .

For all I know this is a scam and he is trying to extort money from me . He used a product for 30 months and then would like what he paid for it back with no proof he had it "held" by valentine one .

I will not be refunding the money for a deal made 2 1/2 years ago , that is absurd he is threatening to get the law involved . I'd appreciate it if he would stop emailing me as it is a form of harassment , and for this thread to be locked

you have to be kidding me.. 2.5 years later?

Buyer: sorry but this isn't the sellers fault. you always take a risk buying things used.
