I listed most 911 because what if he/she has a custom widebody or such???Originally Posted by tarzancoe
It does not fit 996 non turbo, or older porches. At least, remove that.

2. When ordering these offsets, are these the same as GT2 track or something different?
3. Are the wheels offset to fit flush with fender wells on a 996TT?
4. Do you also have the lug bolts for these, I heard stock wont work, I have some that are longer than OEM to accomodate spacers currently on..just want to know if I would need to order others or not.
5. What if any center caps come with the wheels?
Thanks!

It will be aggressive on a 996 TT. It can be done.

There is absolutely NO WAY a 18x9 ET20 offset will fit on a 996tt or a 997tt (or any 996/7 widebody car). It would stick out way too far. A 18x9 front wheel will need about an ET44 for an agressive fit without rubbing when you turn the wheel. Stock 996GT2 front wheel is 18x8.5 with a ET40 offset and is very aggressive. The rear 18x12 ET 36 is aggressive but doable if you have your fender rolled. Idealy you want a 18x12 rear with ET45 to be safe. You need to edit you listing.Originally Posted by kevieeroh

Additionaly, OEM lug bolts will NOT fit these wheels as Forgestars have a cone seat while OEM Porsche wheels require a R14 radius (ball) lug bolt or nut (if you have studs). Forgestars require a 17mm hex cone lugbolt (they have a smaller opening) whereas OEM Porsche lugbolts are larger 19mm hex.
I run forgestars 46 ET 9,5" front with 265, no rub
as a safety question are you sure these don't run the conical seat bolts. stocks are ball seat 14mm heads, Carry a torque wrench and 17 socket with you...

Correct. Forgestars use a cone seat bolt (17mm hex head) whereas OEM use a ball seat (R14) with a 19mm hex head.Originally Posted by ari

Hey Ari, are you using stock control arms with your set up or do you have GT3 adjustable with shims?
