I am selling a used TCU for the 996 turbo tiptronic. There are many versions of this TCU...this is the latest version currently sold by Porsche at a retail price of ~$2,000.

This one was pulled from a 2004 turbo...part #996.618.180.04

I put this version on my 2001 Turbo and it make the drive mode much better (250+ programs vs 5 in the 1st gen 996tt tcu) and it shifts quicker.

You will have to get a PIWIS tool to code it to your car (dealership should charge 1/2 hour of labor)
