Can you check the unit for the Bosch/OE number?

 

Took a while for my mechanic to tell me this:

ALLOY HOUSING #0 265 225 029

Anyone have one for sale? From what i hear, rebuilding these or acquiring a new one in Australia is EXPENSIVE. Cheers,

 

I believe those are the sub-assembly numbers for the module. Part # 1 265 950 043 is for the module assembly according to Bosch.

Available from Bosch Germany in 4 months.

Better off looking for a used unit from a salvage yard.

WHY are you replacing it ? i thought i had to replace mine but i ended up sending it to module master and they did something with the electronics of the abs unit and my 996tt worked absolutely fine when i had it.
