Just go to any hardware store ie. Canadian Tire and buy some jugs of Methyl Hydrate, same thing 99.9% pure, only costs $7-8 for 3.8L jug.

3.78 liters (1gal) for $10.49+hst. I picked up three for now!

He's hard to find, but talk to a guy who goes by heisenberg, but I think his product hits the 90 percent range max.
