-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Guys, I'm selling a set of Champion Motorsport RGB5 wheels that came off a 2004 996TT Cab I purchased a few months ago. Nothing wrong with them; I just wanted to go back to factory wheels for a completely stock look.

One issue for me is that I am not a "wheel guy" have no clue what to value these wheels at. My understanding is that brand new these go for at least 5k plus the cost of rubber. I don't know exactly when these wheels and tires were purchased, however the car has only 7k miles on it plus there's plenty of tread left on the tires. The wheels themselves are in very good shape, and I can find only one blemish of curb rash about the width of a fingernail on outermost part one of the front rims. It's virtually unnoticeable.

Champion RGB5
19x8J46
A980 R 46
Michelin Pilot Sport 235/35 ZR 19

19x11 1/2 J62
A9115R62
Michelin Pilot Sport 295/30 ZR 19

Also comes with a set of rear H&R spacers and longer lugs.

As for what other cars these wheels will fit, please see the info listed above for offsets; as again I'm not a "wheel guy" and admittedly clueless on fitments.

Anyway I'm open to offers, the wheels are in Northern San Diego County.

Do a search and see what recent Rg5 wheels are going for historically. Not sure what the selling price you had in mine might be but just as a gauge, with good tread left and condition as described, I'd say $2k obo would be fair asking point.

Just my thoughts as I've seen RG5's selling for anywhere between $1800-2400 used.

Hope that helps provide you with an idea...

I agree at 1800$-2400$

I remember a set that lasted months on the board even at $1600; however, they had a gloss black center.

If he sells them for that, I'm sure people will snap them up. Over $3k is more like it. The tires look excellent and the wheels with good tires can get over $3k. I got a set and looked for a while.

Sell the spacers separately. It'll get you another $100 plus.

I've seen RG5's selling for $2k, but they were fairly trashed with curb rash and track abuse. A clean example should fetch closer to $3k if not more. Add in the MPS's and I'd be asking at least $3500 for the set. I concurr that you should sell the wheel spacers separately... Typical asking price is $75- $100 a pair.

Hey Everyone, sorry I've been away so long; I've been inundated with RL issues!

Anyway I tried listing these wheels about a year ago and I haven't had any time since to follow through on selling them. They are just sitting stacked and need a home.

$2500 obo, they are in Oceanside, So Cal.

Wheels and spacers are still available for sale. They've been sitting in storage nice and clean ready to bolt on. Open to reasonable offers.

To the Seller or buyers, I recommend giving Wheel Enhancement in SoCal a call..provide them the offsets, etc and wheel specs..they are very knowledgeable and will help with all details you need for fitment

+1 to vg247 on Wheel Enhancement. I've bought wheels from them a few times now and they will most likely know if these wheels will fit your car..

I reached out to the reputable folks at Wheel Enhancement, and I have updated wheel fitment info to help address fitment questions regarding my wheels for sale.

These wheels WILL fit:
997 Carrera (no spacer needed)
997 Carrera S (no spacer needed)
997 Turbo (spacer is needed)

These wheels will NOT fit:
996 Carrera
996 Carrera 4

Since the tires are more than six years old, they are "giveaways" at this point.
Price lowered to $2000
I'm also willing to ship them at buyer's expense.

When these were mounted on your 2004 996TT, did you have the spacers installed as well?
