Fs - 1 pair of rss tarmac series lower control arms

Category: Steering & Suspension
Price: $800
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 997 Turbo, Porsche 911 997 Non-Turbo, Porsche 911 996 Turbo, Porsche 911 996 Non-Turbo, Porsche Boxter/Cayman

Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

I have a spare set of RSS Lower Control Arms from the suspension project I just completed. I had bought 1 pair first then bought a complete setup with toe-steer kits, rear dog-bones, etc from another member so I ended up with 6 LCAs.

These are over $1,000 directly from RSS plus shipping - Save about 25% with this set and get free insured ground shipping.

This pair has the upgraded 2-hole bushing that allows for caster adjustment and would be model #357 as a set from RSS or has the #318 bushing in them. If you need the RSS bushing for the hydraulic OEM version, it's part #323.

http://rss.rpmware.com/rss/rss_tarma.../i-398277.aspx

They will fit the rear of any 996, 997, 986, or 987 and the fronts of any of these cars that do NOT have the thicker hydraulic bushing. You can still use the arms, you'll just need to order the other bushing set (#323) from RSS of one of their sales channels. Arms do not come with any camber shims but are straight and true - RSS strongly suggests using new tapered mounting pins when installing, and these can also be purchased separately from them as well.

These are difficult to find used as no one wants to give them up once installed since they tighten up the handling and precision of your Porsche and make it drive like it should have from the factory !

Those look to be the old style tapper pins. There is a updated pin that you should use. I heard that the older pin was failing.

Thanks for the info; it's why I stated that RSS says new taper pins should be used when installing their LCAs. They are single use items only and since these arms are used, they should be installed with new taper pins.

Bump for Price Reduction to $750 shipped. I also have a brand new RSS #312 Rear Toe Steer Kit for sale in a separate listing if you're looking to do your complete rear.

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ml#post4099983

If you purchase both, I'll reduce the combined total by an additional $25.
