just want to clarify, this is an OEM set with added tinted film done professionally, not Tinted from the factory ( I dont think that that's exist )

How many of the mounting tabs are broken? I see one that is completely broken off. How are the others?

yes. thanks for the reminder.
1 out of the 3 tabs is broken on each side, it's not completely broken, it'll still mount fine with the bolt and the ring.
