Give Cobb a call they may be able to change it to 991. I bought one for a 997.2 and they changed it to a 997.1.

Well I tried and yeah no go. Any 997 updates/upgrades no problem. To go from a 997 to 991 it has to get sent back to Cobb and they charge "hundreds of dollars" as they put it.

 

Absolutely correct. The V3 can be retrofitted to the 997.1 platform by Cobb.
