Hi I'm interested in this adapter. I've got a 2014 Cayman S. I've purchased a used wheel with the 3 buttons left, 3 button right and no heat. Having a difficult time finding a good deal on an airbag. I do have sports Chronos. Sorry if I missed this, your old car was a 981?

Yes this was in my 2014 981S. as far as an airbag I used a macan airbag much cheaper than cayman airbag. samething. ordered mine from dealer did not want to mess with a fixed bag.

You only need that for heated steering wheel. I was planning on adding it but it would involve new clockspring and coding. I never used it or the button. You should be good to go
