I need a 2018 Panamera 971 new key fob--but need to avoid a $1000 dealer charge
I'd like to avoid the dealer. The want over $700 just for the key, and then also over $200 for the programming, plus tax for a 2018 971 Panamera key fob.
One of the two keys malfunctions. It works intermittently even with a new battery but often blinks red (suggesting low battery or no response from the car), and the new batteries run down after only about 3 days. So my wife uses her key in her car but as a backup with my key I always carry a spare battery. I don't need a new physical key cut. Where can I get a 971 key fob, and how can I get the wireless code programmed on it?
