**FS: 16/24 Hybrid Turbos**

Stepping up to a bigger package and these got to go...

These are similar to Kevin's Zero Clearance and come with his wastegates. These dyno'd at 500rwhp on my car. All break-in and cool-down procedures have been followed. About 3500 miles on them. I'm using Stage 2 programming and Stage 4 works too.

I would prefer someone local, but I would ship. PM or email me for more details...$2500 tkdalumni at gmail dot com

Thanks!

The differences between these and stock are many...You might want to do a search. In short, more power, more torque!

hydeaway,
My understanding is they spool fast like K16s but act like K24s on the top end.

If Dan's doing the work, why doesn't he just take them back and credit towards new build. I'm sure he could turn them quickly...and make a few bucks.

Question, anyone know the going rate for installing new turbos? I am interested but need to know what I would be looking at for labor?

It depends... Most generally, labor for the turbos is about $200-$300. You also should consider doing a fuel pressure regulator, which is about $400 for parts and labor, and changing the spark plugs which is about $400 with parts and labor. Also, the turbo gaskets and seals should be checked/done which is around another $100. So for a good install you're looking at around $1100-$1200, which is nothing for the extra amount of power you're going to get with these turbos. I've seen first hand what they are capable of and they are amazing!
