I have a 2016 Continental GTC S and will check tomorrow and let you know if I can figure it out. I was told byt the dealer I bought it from that Bentley hide that sort of information and that there's not even a way to display fuel consumption. Then saw a video online displaying that data and managed to find out how! I just can't recall seeing range. I'll be back!
I think this is it. Press the knurled menu selector wheel on the steering wheel
And then roll it up or down to select the trip computer screen. Here you will find several options to choose your MPG from; Since you last started the car, since you last refuelled or long term
Press the knurled wheel to select the one you want. When that screen opens (and it doesn't matter which one), you will see a petrol pump icon on the left, and alongside it, I believe, is the remaining range.
As we suspected, the estimated distance from fuel level can be turned on or off in the steering wheel menu knurled button while the engine is on but not running.
However, it is a choice between several fuel usage readings, several trip readings and digital speed readings. I use the digital speed monitor reading predominantly and as such, the distant to empty functionality cannot be used simultaneously.
This coupled with the fact that the center console needs updating to accommodate Apple Play $8k and maybe it’s time for the Gen 3!
Choices from the Trip Menu Range or Digital Speedometer
I am intrigued by your last photograph showing the range. You will see from mine that I didn't find that option of the range 'on its own'. Could you talk me through the process to reach that?
Had to go back several times to see how I was able to display the fuel range. It was merely a matter of using the knurled knub when you’re in the trip setting.
See uploads below: From here you’re able to use the knub to rotate to the individual measurements.

You can also get there by clicking the wheel, rolling it to the "Long term" section, clicking again, and then rolling through the various options (one of which is range).
This also works while driving (ie: with the engine on).

Thanks! I'll try it when the rain we've been having almost daily in the UK stops. 🥴
