Brakes squealing loudly when backing up.

Wife's 2020 Bentayga with 24K miles has developed a loud brake squeal only when backing up. Loud enough to be really annoying. No squeal at all when braking going forward. Taking it in to our Indy mechanic on Monday but looking for any thoughts in advance.

Are both sides squealing, or just one?

Not a Bentley, but might give you some ideas where to look:

Thanks for the link. This appears to be from both rear wheels but only in reverse like when backing out of a parking space or the garage. It's been doing it for awhile and it's gotten worse. When we first brought it in we were told that it's not abnormal but it's a lot louder now and needs attention.

So my indy looked at it today and said it appears to becoming from the right front and there's some uneven pad wear that he thinks is causing it. Solution offfered is to replace front pads, rotors & sensors for $5600. He said there's plenty of meat on the pads so there's no need to do it till the pads wear further unless we can't live with the squeal.
