The driver died Sunday the 14th at 1:40 PM.

He was not the registered owner of the vehicle.

He was a 25 year old Hispanic male.

Unbelieveable what some people feel they have a liberty to do.

I think he might been victimize by an auto theft. There are a lot of people, whom out there stealing cars by gun point.
