Agreed. We're often too worried about risk to have any real fun. I've decided - after following a silver-headed driver in his SL600 AMG down one of our roads at an immoderate speed - that I should stop driving like my age.

More foot on the fast pedal, more fun in the fast lane!

Nice guy, but James May doesn't seem to have great reaction times. He got a lot of flack from the driver at the beginning. I wonder how he was allowed to drive the Veyron at max speed back in the 2008 Top Gear series.

Having May drive the Veyron was the perfect contradiction since he is known as "captain slow".

In the Bentley video he looked pretty scared to me and frozen with fear but that show is a bit about acting and hamming it up. I could imagine most blokes chucking lunch reading a map and riding that race.

Yes I agree with jc333 will take more like a paint job to make that look good. it did pain me a bit to see that car get roughed up like that. I slide mine on the hard top and avoid the gravel.
