Front fog light question

Just had a quick question regarding the front fog lights on a 2005 continental gt. I picked her up about a month ago but I remember the front fogs not always being on. Is it normal for them to always be on while the headlights are switched on?

I also have a 2005. I believe there is only a switch position for the rear fog lamps. In my car, the front fogs are always on. In Ontario, we have legislation requiring daylight headlamps to be always on. Do you have the Owner's manual? I haven't checked mine to verify what I believe to be true. However, if it will help, I'd be happy to verify from my manual. Here is the wiring diagram for controlling Road Lamps. You will notice no mention of front fog lamps.

The Bentley GT does not have front fogs.

There is a button for the rear fog only.

Isn't the lower bulb on the inner headlight considered a fog light?

Thanks for clarifying that. I didn't understand its purpose. As you can probably tell, I don't look at the headlights very often..

No worries buddy.

I hate how the side light is orange, looks terrible.

I have a nice set of 'white' LED bulbs to install which will match the main beam, however it seems these are a real pain to change.

The passenger side of my light is busted. Keep us posted if you have any way to change the bulb.

Will do, I know one side is slightly easier to access than the other.

Check out the thread below, may be of help...

Yes I was referring to this as the fog light. But the reason I asked was because I wanted to turn it off, I don't particularly care for the looks as others have said. Thanks for the responses

Read the thread I posted above, you can remove a fuse and that will disable the side lights.

You are however aware they are a legal requirements in some countries. Just FYI.
