received the shocks last night from SGS Engineering, installed in a snap.
I would recommend this company anytime.
Thanks Bob

How easy is it for those without the power trunk to open your trunk?

During my last service the TA stated mine was pretty hard to open and suggested I replace my struts with original parts. Not a big difference and even after lubricating all the trunk joints it doesnt open automatically.

To open my trunk I have push the B" and then wedge my finger between bumper and lift up. I cant believe Bentley would make it so hard to open the trunk, imagine a women trying to praise open trunk with her nails!

Found this video online, I believe this is non power trunk. Mine doesnt open automatically like that, does yours?

Am I missing something here?

Thanks

Trunk

JC
I just went out ad hit y B and it lifted up from the body about 3/4 inch so you can comfortable put your fingers under the lid and lift.

I have a 2005 maybe the newer ones have the auto open sure is a nice feature.

It is the later models that have that feature, in the UK it's 2006 onwards if I recall.
Mine just opens a little after pressing the 'B' button. It's not difficult to lift up though.
