Hot hot should the car run?

I just got a 2007 GT and was curious what a normal temp was for the car to run at. After a few min of light driving it was upward or 200 degrees. Is this a normal temp?

Yes, that is the normal operating temperature

It should be rock solid at 200F and then stay there pretty much forever. Might as well be like a children's car toy where the sticker reads 200F, as this has been true with both B's over the past four or so years.

Mine says 200* all the time once warmed up. Not too clear here but you can tell its at 200...

Winter driving in cold weather around town it might not make it to 200*.

This operating temperature constancy shows the quality engineering found in the Bentley. After a short time of about two to three miles this car runs at 200 degrees no matter how hot or cold the ambient temperature is.

I think if i saw mine go to 205 or not get past 195 I'd panic. BTW I think they hold the engine heat longer after a rest than most other cars do also. Steady steady steady these things are.

Mine showed just a bit over 200 degrees even after a few laps on a track. Quality engineering indeed.
