Tire question

Trying to replace a tire on my car (2014 Speed). Tire Rack has two different types of Pirelli Pzeros. They are both 275/35ZR21 (103Y) XL, both have UTQG: 220 AA A. One is BL Bentley M398 for $488.74, the other one is BL Bentley R709 for $500.62.

I looked at my current tires and could not find either the M398 or R709 designation on them.

Does anyone know the difference?

Looking at specs quickly, seems mainly the tread width is wider with BL Bentley M398
