eBay LED vs Philips LED vs Philips Halogen Comparison
eBay LED vs Philips LED vs Philips Halogen Comparison
Hi Guys,
The first gen Bentley headlight has a really ugly yellow halogen lamp that doesn't match the XENON white light. Some of you have opted to change it to LED.
I've purchased the eBay LED, Philips X-treme VIsion LED, and Philips halogen WhiteVision.
From left to right: eBay, Philips Halogen with white xenon effect, Philips X-treme Vision LED, Philips CANbus control unit (used to cancel error code for non-halogen bulb)

Actual picture of the bulbs:

eBay LED:

Philips LED:

The Philips LED generates more light than the eBay LED.
The Philips Halogen sucked so much power out of my battery that I wasn't even able to take a photo before it went out. Despite the claim of "WhiteVision" of the halogen bulb, I still saw a strong yellow tint on the light. Not recommended if you want to get rid of the yellow tint.
I won't be putting these light on my cars as I've outfitted my light with halo rings but to those who want to change our their yellow bulb, I highly recommend the Philips LED. The light is a PITA to change so it doesn't make sense to cheap out and use a $3 eBay light where it could go out at any minute.

I have a set of these Philips X-treme Vision LED in my plate lamps and they are VERY bright, for anyone wondering. I actually tinted the bulb lenses a little to allow a more uniform look with the tail lamps.
