Water sloushing sound when jacking up the car?

My car has been sitting in the garage for 3 weeks while I'm working on it.

Yestersy, when I jacked up the car, I heard some water sloushing sound moving in the car as the car was moved by the Jack.

It sounded like there was a lot of liquid. What is causing this sound? Do I have some leaks or blocked drain holes?

alexob53 is on a distinguished road
Did you make sure to put the car in jack mode before lifting it? Not that I necessarily think that would make that noise, just something to consider.

@Johnny

Thanks. I don't quite remember but it seems to come from the rear of the car. It sounded like when you shake a big jug that is full of fliud.

@Alex

Thanks. I've put the car in jack mode.

The weird thing is that I never notice this sound the first time I jacked up the car in which the car was only sitting for one week.

Could it be some fluid become stales if the car was sitting for too long and congregate in one area? I don't think it is from the rain as I haven't driven the car the rain in the past few months.

Could it also be fuel? The car is 1/2 full.

Check your spare tire storage well,
also trunk lid, it retains water if the drains are clogged, gets in though the spoiler, or you could just be hearing the fuel in the tank.

Thanks Johnny. My spare wheel and jacks etc are all taken out from the trunk. It is bone dry.

Maybe it is sound of fuel. It is just strange that I didn't hear it last time I jacked the car up.
