AC not working

AC not working
So another day another problem with Bentley ownership.
So the AC has been working fine. Today I had the check oil light on and my bonnet sensor doesn't work so I disconnected the battery to reset the light. I thought all was well except now I have no AC. Just blows hot constantly.
Any ideas?
I do have 00716 air recirculation flap V113 and 01274 Air flow flap V71, but those faults have been there a while.
