2010 GT Speed - Radar detector model/mounting?

Any recommendations on what model and where to mount radar detector ? I am thinking driver’s side near the pillar? Please send any photos of what your setup looks like...
Thanks!

I have a K40. No setup to photo as the K Band and Laser sensors are permanently mounted behind the front grille/bumper and in behind the rear bumper. Nothing appears in the cabin except one small LED alert light mounted in the top housing of the speedometer and audible signals via a speaker mounted behind the fuse panel knee bolster. Everything is operated by a small remote control.

Here is the closest I can get to a pic. The rectangular box atop the cooler with the LED window is one of the laser jammers.
