Plenum clean out
Hi guys was looking to clear the front bulkhead drains 2004 BC gt.I've removed passenger wiper but driver's side won't budge is there a special puller as the three I have won't fit inside the plastic cowl cover.then could someone give me an idea possible a picture of where the drains are located and best way to clear .I have access to airline and can make something up if required thanks.sorry if this is a repeat post but couldn't find any pics of what I was meant to be looking at thanks

No tools required. Look online how to remove Volkswagen wiper arm. The first time I did mine I was a bit kerfuffled.
Basically, lift the wiper blade away from the windshield and then wiggle the base until it comes off.

Yea I've tried I don't think this thing has been serviced or cared for the wiper arm is jammed tight.ive soaked in release spray for days and still no movement I don't wanna try to much as it's right next to windscreen

ThaTha mate will give it a try .are the drains easy to locate not had a look in there yet

I used compressed air to clean the plenum. Lots of small leaves blew out. Wear a dust mask. A vacuum cleaner can't get into all the spaces. Once done run clearwater through to make sure they are draining. I don't remember seeing the specific location of the drains.
The design/ engineering department scratched their heads; where do we put all these important modules and wires. Why not put them in the recessed area where all the water from the windshield goes. The same department came up with the plastic vacuum lines. Well, looks good on paper.
