I called in at a local HiFi specialist that deals in Naim Audio. He sat in the car with me and listened to his CD. We made a few slight adjustments and hey presto, its amazing, the way it should be.
I tried every setting. No strong low end at all with any type of music. There are times I can adjust to get a decent sound at higher volume for a particular song but then change the audio type, station and back at zero. I have found there is plenty of power and sounds slightly better a higher volume but still sucks.

Nader, I found that switching the SURROUND to front only and the EQ set to Enhanced worked wonders. I have the treble and bass up just 2 above the mid which is set at half. Use the best quality CD you have Hope that helps.
@Rico.Adams : It sound kind of Flat with latch of Bass and Treble.. I hit every button on the setting but it doesn't improve the sound a lot... it sound like a Mercedes C-class.... which make me very sad...
the black car with Stock audio system sound a lot warm, deep bass, hi treble.. and I upgrade it a little bit with Bower & wilkins Diamond Tweeter on it ... it sound incredible.... like a Hi End audio system at home..
I usually use iPod plug in with a Good Quality audio copy in...
Anyway what is the standard audio system in our car? is it Bose or Harman Kardon?
@Rico.Adams that sound funny.. so the Naim is just the name for nothing.. Plus the sticker.. and the rear trunk cockpit...
maybe I just buy another Naim logo then stick in my Black one.. then people will think it is original Naim.. because it sound incrediable now...
I replaced 2 tweeter on the A Pilla with the B&W one from a BMW.. with some modified to make it fit.. all look factory...
I'm sure nothing sound like it.. just a small mod of speaker..
Hey Guys, I recently purchased a 2012 GT W12 Online with Naim audio. the car is immaculate but the system sounded very distorted in the high and mid range, bass is normal. Has anyone had this issue or are the speakers just busted and I should have got a pre purchase inspection? Lol
I was in the same boat when I purchased my 2015 Flying Spur. It was the worst sound I had heard to date! Almost no bass. I took it back to dealership thinking it was a problem with my car and then they let me hear my tracks in other GTs and Spurs and it was the same...****ty! It was almost like they designed the system for folks who listen to symphony and nothing else. So I had to give it a boost and found a local talented individual who was able to create this setup using 2x JL Audio 10” subs. He went out of his way to match carpet and color to the interior leather. Since then, I haven’t heard anything better in any modern Bentley.
FYI, I’m not sure what Bentley changed but my 2007 Flying Spur’s factory system was amazing right out of the box.
My initial issue was also with the bass, not enough of it after coming from a 2008 Continental, it just seemed wrong. It drove me potty trying to find what was missing. Just turning the bass up didnt rectify the problem.
As ive previously posted photos of all my settings after the brilliant help of a Naim Acoustics expert, once this was done it sounds utterly alive and id even say superior to my old Gen 1 along with any other system ive heard.
Please post those settings again. Also do those settings work across all inputs like satellite where I got the worst sound.

Im not familiar with "satellite". Do you mean DAB ?, if so thats a beautiful sound. Also, any quality CD or high resolution file sounds excellent. If you play an mp3, it'll sound pretty awful along with some fm stations.
Here again are the settings Ive used after consulting with the NAIM acoustics dealer. Bear in mind, its personnel to each listener.
The Naim in my 2017 Bentayga is by far the finest sound system I have experienced in an automobile. The power, staging, clarity, and phenomenal bass are just incredible. By far the best I have owned, compared to HK, B&O, Burmester High End, Mark Levinson, JBL, Pioneer, Alpine, McIntosh, and others.
I have the NAIM in my '09 GT and it's underwhelming. I only listen to Sirius/XM which sounds great in another car I own but this one is nothing special. BTW, in case someone reading is unaware, our (US) cars have lifetime Sirius/XM service included. I didn't know that when I got mine 5 years ago but when I registered for a free trial it showed up as lifetime service.
Bruce, I have learned that Naim like to be fed only high res audio files, any low res streaming will always sound crap. (You wouldn't run it on low octane fuel and expect high performance. )

Reason: changed analogy
I don't think thats true. Just because it isn't hi res doesn't mean it should sound good. I agree with Bruce. I listen to Satellite a majority of the time and the sounds stinks. I have a Range Rover and the sounds is amazing.

By that rational, my Bentley should run great on low octane fuel just because my Mazda does.
Ive found a massive difference between low and high res audio files and im only trying to offer help to anyone on the same painful journey I experienced.
