For the time being no worries. Clear fault codes and start over. Any battery electrical interference could have tripped these DTC's.

This may be old news but keep the car on a battery tender. May I also suggest to get the batteries load tested. Should you need a left side battery make sure they sell you a AGM type. The right side battery is conventional liquid filled lead acid. Sometimes dying batteries will start triggering fault codes.

In any event a cheap and easy preventive maintenance check up.

I am certainly new to this, but I also agree with the "clear them" and see what pops up, I had some of those ("overhead electrical") that seemed to be simple nuisance faults that went away once the system was cleared. The "real" faults (in my case, exhaust flapper valve, exhaust temp sensor and one thermostat) came back and had to be fixed with a new thermostat, sensor and flapper valve.

My third-brake light was out, I got electrical faults that went away when it was replaced, does your brakelight work?
