Bentley rear view camera Unit not working

Hi all,
when i reverse my car, i don't see any video through my infotainment screen, then had a shop connect through VAGCom to see if it can talk to the camera control module, and it was failing to communicate.
Also when i select RCVS, it says "Rear View Camera Not Active".
Which made me believe i have to purchase a new unit. 3W3907441 for Bentley.
Wondering if anyone had similar issues? and what the fixes were.
I've swapped the part number with Volkswagen and looked at the images of the part, it looks almost identical to 7L6907441 for volkswagen.
Did anyone have a problem swapping Bentley part with a Volkswagen part?

Thanks.

I have the same issue on a 2010 GT Speed, according to the Dealer they want about $1,500 US for a new camera module installed. Would love to know your out come on the Volkswagen.

Regards,
Mark

I have the same problem with my 2009 Spur.
How did you eventually resolve this?
Thanks, Neil

I’m sorry for reviving an old thread, but I have the same problem. Did you find the solution or the cause to the problem?
