Hello Tobanla,
Please give us some info here, you say "Clean Water" so I take that as fresh water flood, meaning no salt, you also say "unlock the engine", if it was a fresh water flood and it did not sit for a long period of time, your engine should not be locked/seized, did you remove the intake and pull all the coils and plugs out to remove any water from each cylinder, if not, PLEASE DO NOT try to start the engine, that would definitely cause more damage such as blowing the head gaskets and more.
Also, just for thought, I would be speaking to your agent as to the amount offered, I have been speaking with another member whom had his 2004 GT flooded recently and he received $27,000.00 for his 04 with 75,000 mile while retaining the vehicle, the 24K seems low.

I have a 2007 Bentley GT with 54k miles that I really love which is currently at the shop due to clean water damage my insurance company is offering to settle $46k or if am interested in keeping the car they would give me $24k. Then someone just offered me a 2014 Mercedes g550 for $56k with 70k miles . Which way should I go pls? Keep my beautiful Bentley and see if someone could help unlock the engine or just get the money and buy the g550 Mercedes?

I don't think the car belongs to Tobanla he may want to purchase the car from who ever is selling it, he should defiantly ask these questions you have
