Take caution Randy. Remember, they blew for a reason.
If they blow again...take a peek (and a few pictures) of the amp plugs and wires (preferably within 6 inches or so from the plug), would like to see if they spliced into to add some aftermarket in there then took it out to sell the car.

Wait to see what Johnny’s input may be before you buy another amp. He just may have one in his stock. And he can try to better give you a solution to your problem with more information from you.
Randy,
Being that you just received the vehicle yesterday morning, I would 100% be contacting the seller, was it a private sale or dealer?
As this amp is $4600.00 (EDIT: as of November 5th 2022, now $7400.00 usd !) at Scuderia new, or anywhere from $1500 to $3500 for used, or refurbished.

Reason: Update price of new amp
Although I think this model amp may not work in your car, he mentions how Bentley changed the design because of heat problems.
Hello TJ,
I spoke with Dennis by phone back when he made that video, that was a 2012 GTC with the 3W0 035 466 "J" which was superceded to a 4W0 035 466 "B", and you would be correct, neither of those two will work for Randy in his 2009, the 09 NAIM amp was a 3W0 035 466 with no prefix letter, that amp was superceded to 3W0 035 466 "D", and then again superceded to 3W0 035 466 "K".
Now Randy, be aware and don't waste your time with the "E", the "L", or any other letters, they will not work in the 2009-2010 GT/GTC NAIM system, been there done that, so stick with the 466, 466D, or the 466K.
Just another note as to my phonecall with Dennis back then, and other information I acquired in my search for the NAIM amplifier, if you noticed in the video the replacement "4W0 025 466 B" amplifier does not say NAIM on it anywhere, and the ones I have seen with that part number actually have the name Blaupunkt as the maker, and iirc the owner of the vehicle was not happy with the sound quality of the replacement amp...
None of this effects the 2009-10's 466, 466D, or 466K.
I've reached out to a shop in that repairs amps. He previously fixed my Mark Levinson amp iny Lexus LS460.
He thinks he can repair this NAIM amp for under $400.
Will report back on progress.
Can share his site if anyone is interested.
If he’s able to fix it, ask him what may have been the cause of failure. If he says anything close to it overheated, see if a good shop could add a external fan to help keep it cool. Hopefully he uses better components then what the OEM used.
Just an FYI - that YouTube video does not include that there are actually 3 amp hold down bolts nor that you need to remove a 13mm bolt to remove the battery hold down strap located on the right bottom side of the battery.
Hello Randy,
That video did miss a few items...
I just want to be sure on one thing as you did not make any comment as to the amp shown in the video, I want to be sure that you did have a NAIM amp as I pictured in previous post.
Also, here are some shots of a 3W0 035 466 D with a blown mosfet or two.
They repaired it for $385.00. Includes a 1 year warranty.
They indicate the failure was due to a shorted capacitor that caused the power supply to burn out. He did not think it was directly heat related, although many seem to think that is the failure cause on these NAIM units.
Sure beats spending $3500 for a new amp!

Guys.. So I am having a similar issue on a 2011 Supersport.. It is the OLD body and does not have the NAIM amp. I suddenly out of the blue get NO sound.. The naim button is greyed out. All the buttons work but just no sound. I get the "The digital sound package is temporarily not available". I changed the amp with a new one and still the same message.. I did NOT try the fuses yet. Does someone have the diagram for the fuses for a Bentley Supersport without the NAIM amp? Its odd I get the NAIM greyed out on the headunit but the amp is not the NAIM one.. thanks for your help
Hello @gqii4you ,
Please post pictures of your door panels at the speaker areas, along with pictures of the amp you took out, and the amp you installed, because what you are saying makes no sense, you would not have the greyed out "NAIM" displayed on the head unit unless it is a head unit with the NAIM software installed, meaning the head unit is a NAIM unit, has the head unit been swapped out at any time, I have gone all through this with my GT rebuild, I installed a 2010 head unit not knowing that it was from a GT with the NAIM option, neither did the seller, so when I turned it on and went through the NAIM sound fields they all sounded the same, then it hit me, because I had the stock 2007 non NAIM amp I had improper sound, long story short, after going through 3 NAIM amps that sellers listed as in working order and listing certain part numbers only to send me dead units or wrong part number amp in the right part number box, I researched a lot and found the correct NAIM amp to fit the 2010 NAIM head unit.
I state all this because it is not just plug and play with the amps, eventhough the amps share the 23 and 24 pin plugs at the amp, the wiring is all changed around as far as pin out of said plugs for speaker wiring.
So, if you did not get the same exact part number amp, along with the same HW and SW numbers on said amp, you will have issues, just as you would swapping out a non matching head unit.
