I would start at the fuse for the amp...then move to the amp itself. It could simply be unplugged.
So I take it every source has no sound? (Just trying to get the obvious out there, not to insult you). Others will chime in in a few but just to knock some of the little stuff out of the way try those. The amp is located on the right side (looking forward from the back of the car) behind the battery.
I am not at the vehicle at the moment, but does pushing the volume **** in put it on mute, like my A8L W12 does.
Just thinking out loud.
Also tell us of you have the NAIM system in your 2009 GT.

Johnny
Good catch Johnny, not having the original radio in there for awhile I kinda forgot how it operates.
I watched the video again and noticed that you do have the NAIM system, there are 3 - 20 amp fuses in the left side of the trunk.
I am not stating this to upset or alarm you, but the 2009-10 NAIM apms did have problems, I have one, the early versions had overheating issues which in turn blew caps and circuits.
Give me a few and I will get you the fuse layout.
Well Randy,
Sorry to say, that is not a good sign.
That is the message you will see, if, 1) the fuses are blown, 2) the amplifier is unplugged, 3) the amplifier is fried, or 4) the amplifier is missing.
No matter which sound source you pick, when you press the NAIM button it will show not available, below are some pictures of the amplifier and the screen showing the message, and the last picture shows what you should be seeing.
The NAIM amplifier is located on the right side of the trunk behind up behind the starter battery.
