You will not find the two pieces that you circled in blue separately, you will find them with the front roof control module/garage door opener as part number 3W0 959 527 AE depending on your model and year of vehicle.

Just out of curiosity, what are those two circled in blue? What’s their purpose?

And for Johnny, in one of the pictures where your showing the part numbers, I see a small battery, 6.3v. What on earth is that for?

As to the two items in blue, IIRC they are either/or both motion sensor and humidity sensor, I know the round ones are microphones, usually one operable the other a dummy, I will double check on the two rectangular ones as now as I type this I recall something about them being a microphone for stereo etc.

 

Here is what the roof module does, those two are motion/ultrasonic sensors.
