06 Bentley continental gt key stuck in ignition with no start

Hello all. New Bentley owner here. Bought my car non running with the key stuck in the ignition. Have replaced the batteries properly and key is still stuck in the ignition with no start and no key release. In playing with the key I did manage to get intermittent use of the power windows and at one point the fuel pump even kicked on. All fuses are good. Any info or wiring diagrams would be greatly appreciated.

There is a small circle to the left in the ring around where the key goes push that in with a pen tip or small screw driver should be emergency release.

Did you try the emergency start procedure? As I recall it's hold the key in the CCW position for like 5 seconds or so, and then try starting in the normal manner. If after the vehicle starts and you shut it off, you might be able to remove the key normally... at least that's how it recall it went for me a couple years ago per a similar/same seeming situation.

You could also get it to release by putting 12v to the start points under the hood.
