I bought the car from a small dealer in Pennsylvania, from reading this board I knew to ask the question, they left it out of the pictures, surprise. I had them agree to fix it before I put the offer in, and they sent it to an upholstery shop at their expense, so that's all I know. From my reading, I think almost any good upholstery shop can do the work, but I do not think there are any shortcuts to taking the headliner down to fix it. You already know this, but for those reading this that haven't explored these forums, there is a whole thread on how to do the headliner. It's a bigger job than you'd hope it was, but not too big.
