any ideas? I recall there is a process to easily reset all the window function . However, I'm hearing a noise as I try to raise the windkw and the noise is consistent with cables not performing correctly.

 

I suspect the sound you're hearing is the window regulator cable winding and wadding itself around the regulator's motor pully. Rather a "grinding/crunching" sound? If so: You'll likely need to replace that window regulator's assembly... chances are one of the plastic pulleys of the regulator failed... you might be able to just replace the broken pully and salvage the cable?

I have the 2005 unit listed in the marketplace.
Be aware that you can NOT use a 2006 or newer window regulator in any 2004-2005 as the 2006 and newer changed the bolt pattern for the mounting of the window motor to the regulator, been there done that..
