I did an Oil change and have a few questions

After jacking up the left front I noticed the air shock completely deflated leaving my GT looking like the fender was sitting on the left front tire. Is this normal?
Also wanted to know what the small rubber triangular thing in the picture is for?

Did you put the suspension into Jack Mode before you jacked it up ?

Yes I did make sure it was it Jack Mode.
I thought that would keep the air in each shock without reacting to height sensors
