I run a 2009 GT here in the UK .

My mobile is a Samsung J3(6) .

I can pair it with the car , but can't download my contacts .

I've checked all settings and they are correct .

My other half has a Huawei mobile . Connects OK and the car has no problem uploading all contact numbers.

My Samsung phone is about 6/7 years old and I'm wondering if there is a problem with it .

Any suggestions ?

 

Yes, its an old android phone. It needs replacing with something more compatible like any iphone.
