While trying to swap the kessy following Ross Tech method
I discovered that the PIN of the donor was not matching in the [login- 11] menu
After several tries I assumed that probably the used Kessy was bad.
So I bought another one, but after installation the behaviour is the same as the former one: The Pin code is not matching.
Then I looked over the internet and found that I was not the only person facing such a problem on VW car (specifically Phaeton that technologically is close to Bentley), as you can read at this UR: https://www.vwvortex.com/threads/ros...-help.9362575/
So can any body help me and tell me how to move forward and find a solution to wake up this car
For your information
a- the original EEPROM is out of service because of a broken leg.

First, try not using "Login-11",
try "Security Access- 16" instead, sorry I missed that using one versus the other may be the issue...
Then input the pin numbers as required.
Then maybe try below.
See pictures below.
As far as your KESSY issue, I somewhat had the same issue yesterday, my parts vehicle steering column had some play in and out, along with a grinding noise as heard in my video of my first time driving her out of the garage, so I purchased a used column and installed it figuring that I would do the adaptation of the replacement column's electric lock, so I installed the used column and all was good for the time being, as the used column was unlocked and I had my matching column lock plugged in and tucked up under the dash to satisfy the KESSY module's need to see the steering column lock while I researched how to perform the adaptation of the replacement column's electric lock, well I did the adaptation yesterday as found online, and it worked, but only for one time, I started the vehicle and went for a ride, thank God I did not shut it off until I backed it in the garage, because when I went to turn the ignition on again, it went into immobilizer mode, and checking it out with the Ross-Tech doing output test I locked the column....
Then in my haste I accidentally on purpose reset channel 00 to all factory resets for 05 KESSY Start-Auth... then my original column electric lock would not function either, therefore leaving the vehicle unable to start or even turn on the dash, it was like the keys did not match the vehicle anymore.
So, after lots of thinking and looking through channels for "05 KESSY" & "25 IMMO", I went into 05 KESSY, then cleared any fault codes - 02, next Security Access-16 and enter five digit pin 0XXXX, then Adaptation-10, and enter channel 00, see 000 and save, then channel 50, see "PIN ?" at top, also see "32000", it will always display 32000, even after you input your five digit pin number, so I input my pin number and hit test, then save, then to channel 21, being that I only had one key with me tonight I went with the "1", then test and save, right after save I inserted the key into the ignition and turned one turn to the right and hold, the dash will display "system learning", after a few seconds the dashboard came to life, the engine started and ran with no issues.
NOTE: For channel 21, it is the number of keys on hand inserted into the "New Value" field, then "TEST", then "SAVE", then "YES", after you press YES, you have 30 seconds to insert the first key, and 60 seconds total time to insert all keys, in your situation, I would be happy just trying one key to get started. 😀
I can add the other key again tomorrow.
Maybe this will work for you.
