Keyfob not working

Hello, i need advice..

I recently bought a used continental gt w12 2019, but only one key works and the other keys don't.
The RED LED blinks once time for a key that works, and the RED LED blinks twice time for a key that doesn't work.
Maybe... there is something wrong with the key.

Here's what I've tried:
1. I changed the battery, but to no avail!...

2. I tried to start the engine by putting the not working key in the "Marked Area", but the vehicle does not recognize it!...

I checked the bentley main infotainment, and it says that there are two registered keys.

To solve this, I went to a dealership near me and said i would pay for it, but they said couldn't help with a used car.

So I have to find another way!...
I'm looking for a solution, but I'm curious what other people's opinions are.

An authorized Bentley Dealership, refused to service a 2 - 3 year old car. Never heard of such a thing. Call Bentley national headquarters.

For $1200 the local dealer happily sold me two new keys (wouldn't sell just one).
That's the cost of the keys from England plus "programming."

Hello
What diag equipement do you have?
If so far you dont have one then i suggest, not only for this Key issue, but in order to save you from going all the to Bentley dealer, to buy VCDS from Ross-tech for USD 199 then we will move on

Regards
