Need some advice. Have a 2015 GT Speed with 29.000 miles. The car was running very rough. I read the codes with my Autel. Had a bunch of codes mostly misfires from various cylinders. Replaced all the coils, new plugs and cleared all the codes. All the codes went away except I was still getting a misfire code on cylinder 4. We did a compression test on the right site and cylinder 4 had compression of 90 vs the others which were around 150. We then scoped it and one of the exhaust valves has failed. See attached pictures. All the other ones are fine. Apparently, Bentley does not sell just valves. I found a used Cylinder head with the valves for a reasonable price. I would prefer to just order new valves. I am wondering if anyone has the part number for these. I was able to find a VW valve but not sure if it's the same for this car although I would assume it is. How big of a job is this? Does anyone know if you have to take the whole engine out or can you just remove the cylinder head. Thanks and feedback appreciated.

You dont need to go to the manufacturer to get valves. Most good auto refurb shops can source most kind of valves. They will measure your old one and source a replacement even special valves such as sodium filled or ultra slimline etc.
I think Johnny off here has removed heads he will know if it can be done with engine in place. I suspect, though, it can't ?
More to the point though, how the hell did the valve get damaged ??
