So i want to help the GT sound a bit throatier and seeing most of the kits at 3k+ and it's hard to tell if they even make a real difference, I saw this video and it's really tempting to try. Wanted to get some feedback on how bad of an idea this really is..... Thanks.

I'm very interested in some sub 3k mods, having come from a Maserati GT.

One thing I have noticed about the Continental is that it sounds a *LOT* better from outside than inside. Which is a bit of a shame but understandable with the double glazing et al

Figured if I didn't like it I could probably reclamp the exhaust back together without much effort. but also not trying to get it soo loud my neighbors hate me.

I need to watch the video. I'm lucky that my neighbours are car heads as well.

Love it,

if you just want the Bentley just a little louder, you can disconnect the vacuum hoses to the exhaust flapper valves. Then of course also plug the hoses.

With something like that I would worry the ECU might react poorly to something like that. Do you know anyone who has tried that?

Very common mod in the Maserati world. No issues ever reported apart from the valves having a tendency to corrode open. Personally I'd like a switchable version

Not sure if this image is actually from a GT but is basically what you are referring to?

That would be the disconnected, loud all the time version, indeed
