Can you tell us where your leak is, you say small leak at the bulkhead, but just to be clear, is it right up top at the intake manifold on each large plastic line, or is it on either of the large tubes and their connections onto tees at the center of the bulkhead, or is the leak on either the left or right side on the small lines and their connections/tee ?
Did you do a smoke test ?

I just had this conversation (by phone iirc) not to long ago with another member here, and my thoughts are on the same page as yours, with some issues to take care of, one being the bypass that others here have done for the small line circuit at the bulkhead, as both the large and small circuits at the bulkhead tie into each other, I see no reason why one could not take those 2 large lines at the rear of the intake manifold and put them together into a tee (so you have the vacuum of both at idle and non boost) and have the line off the tee running to the brake booster itself, along with another tee that would tie into the vacuum pump and the bypass as done by others here, therefore eliminating everything at the bulkhead/steering rack area, therefore, no engine transmission package out.

I was getting a large evap leak on my 2007 GT. I found the right manifold line had been 'repaired' with fabric electrical tape. I removed the tape and used quick set epoxy along the split. After that I started a couple of inches behind the crack with that 'self stick' silicone tape wrapped tightly with overlap right up to the open end. That stuff seals like crazy. Added a good stainless steel worm clamp and have not had problems since. So far so good.
